Money-Back Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid enablement programs and advisory engagements purchased directly from Olasselelt. Third-party costs are excluded.
2. Eligibility Window
Business clients may request a refund within 14 days of payment if no substantial deliverables or scheduled sessions have commenced, consistent with Korean consumer protection practice for distance contracts where applicable.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when Olasselelt cancels an engagement, or when work has not started and no custom materials were produced for your organization.
4. Partial Refunds
If work has partially commenced, refunds are prorated based on completed phases documented in the statement of work. Delivered workshops and field days are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Travel already incurred, third-party licenses, print production, and distributor incentive funding are non-refundable. Deposits for reserved field dates may be retained if cancellation occurs within seven days of scheduled on-site work.
6. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your company name, invoice number, and reason. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation and Exceptions
Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice. Force majeure events postpone rather than refund prepaid future phases. Consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where they apply to eligible purchasers.
