1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing olasselelt.digital and engaging Olasselelt for advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services Description
Olasselelt provides B2B trade marketing advisory, including distributor onboarding, enablement programs, reporting design, and related consulting. Service scope is defined in separate statements of work or proposals.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respect intellectual property, and use the site lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent affiliation with Olasselelt.
4. Intellectual Property
Site content, trademarks, and deliverables created under paid engagements remain Olasselelt or client property as specified in each contract. Unauthorized reproduction of site materials is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Olasselelt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or advisory services. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Chungcheongnam-do shall have primary jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
7. Dispute Resolution
Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation. Business clients may agree to arbitration in their master services agreement.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend site access for violations.
